I’ve been in marketing and sales for over 25 years—and I’ve worn just about every hat you can think of. I’ve worked with big companies, built my own businesses from scratch, and spent years learning how to combine design, messaging, and systems that actually move the needle.
I started Paperbag Marketing Group in 2016 with one goal: to help small businesses compete without the big agency BS.
I don’t believe in handing you off to a junior designer or selling you a templated package that doesn’t fit your business. When you work with me, you work with me. I’m here to listen, plan, build, and guide you through every step—because I know how hard it is to run a business when it feels like everything’s on your shoulders.
And when you win? I win. That’s how this works.
I run on strong coffee, good conversation, and a steady craving for adventure.
If we work together, expect plenty of all three. (Yep, that’s me in the photo jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.)
No surprise invoices. No weird upsells. No hiding behind buzzwords. You’ll always know what you’re getting, what it costs, and what it’s for.
Your business isn’t like anyone else’s, so why should your marketing be? Every website, funnel, or strategy I create is custom-built to fit you—not some pre-made package.
Pretty websites are cool. But if they don’t bring in clients or move your business forward, what’s the point? I build things that work and look good doing it.
When you hire PBMG, you’re working with me—not a junior account rep or rotating support team. I’m in it with you from start to finish.
I’m not here for a quick project and a goodbye. I’m here to be a partner in your growth—and hopefully someone you actually enjoy working with.
I don’t believe in guessing or gimmicks. I believe in smart, simple strategies that actually help your business grow—starting with a clear plan.
If you’ve made it this far, I’m guessing you’re serious about growing your business—and maybe a little tired of trying to figure it all out on your own.
I’d love to hear your story, answer your questions, and help you map out your next move—no pressure, no pushy sales pitch. Just a real conversation with someone who gets it.
